Introduction

Our interpreters are standing by to assist you in your Russia-English 3 way phone translation for 24 hours, 7 days a week. The service can be used from ANYWHERE in the world.

Scheduling

• Submit your order 1-2 days in advance for casual calls. Evenings, weekends, holidays and urgent calls are available.

• 3 way phone translation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Pricing

• Price is $0.85 per minute  for a basic package and $1.20 per minute for a premium package. 

Calling Procedure

Premium package

• Using advanced conference call technology, our interpreter first calls you at the pre-scheduled time. Then the interpreter calls to the party you wish to call. Once you are all on line call is activated and you cal talk with the help of the interpreter.
• Countdown starts only when your party, the interpreter and you are connected.

Basic package:

• Since the price includes the translation only, you will need to initiate a 3-way conference call yourself, i.e. call your Russian speaking party and  then connect to the over the phone interpreter.
• Countdown starts only when the interpreter joins your conversation.

Account

• Once you submit your order for the phone translation service, we open account for you with the amount of minutes you paid of.
• If your phone call was shorter than you planned, you can use minutes that you have left for your next call. You can always refill your account by submitting your next order.
